The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of ordering, the general conditions of sale on the site gfc-provap * . All orders implies acceptance of these terms without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between gfc-provap * and client, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document, unless prior express written consent.
The present Terms and Conditions apply to orders of products sold on the site gfc-provap.

For each item, the price does not include shipping. In the order confirmation, the total amount is the definitive price, all taxes and VAT. This price includes the price of products, handling costs, packaging and storage of goods, transport costs.
The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by gfc-provap *. The product price is payable on the day of the order. The order validated by the customer will be considered effective only when the the bank payment centers concerned give their consent. In case of refusal of payment , the order will be canceled and the customer notified by email. This contract is subject to French law. Gfc-provap * can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible property that could result from a malfunction or improper use of products sold. In case of difficulties in implementing this contract, the buyer has the option, before any legal action to seek an amicable solution with the help:

- The failure to follow instructions given in the use and maintenance manuals
